As of Sunday 28th June, we are pleased to announce that we are opening for Private Prayer. To find out more, please scroll down. The Government has now given the "green light" for more worship and events to take place in church, however there are a few plans to be made before we open fully. Please keep us in your prayers at this time as we work out ways of keeping everyone safe!

Private Prayer

We will be opening for private prayer on Thursdays 1030-1200 and Sundays 1500-1630. We will not be taking bookings but it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance if you are coming (if you can!). We have put social distancing measures in place so the building does look very different. We have spaces for 9 people to sit (with a member of their household if present) and we have positioned the chairs so that you have a clear view of the altar and cross.

Entry is through the South Porch, exiting through the Pilgrim Door by following the one way system. If you require disabled access that you will still be able to enter and exit through the Pilgrim Door as usual. We ask that you wear a mask to help keep each other safe and wash your hands using the gel provided when arriving an exiting. As per the guidance from the Church of England, we will not be able to provide bibles but you are very welcome to bring yours. To respect the different ways people pray, we ask that you are quiet when inside the building. At this time, there will not be anyone available to pray with you but if you would like personal prayer, please get in touch and we can arrange it over the phone or through video chat.

Two church volunteers will be present so just ask if anything is unclear! You may also find this video helpful.
